Processing & shipping

Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed. As soon as your order has been fulfilled it will be placed in the "ready to ship" pile, all packages will be shipped the next business day mon-fri excluding holidays. Once the order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking info.
As soon as your package 
has reached the post office it becomes their responsibility, Things That Make Me Happy is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. All Packages are shipped via. USPS sent from Washington state.

Refunds & cancellations

I do not offer Refunds, exchanges or cancellations. The only exception to this is in the case of missing or incorrect items. If you have received a package with missing items or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via. Email at info@thingsthatmakemehappy.shop.

Any damaged items due to carrier mishandling may be handled through filling a claim with USPS. Shipping cost is NON-REFUNDABLE.

If in the case your order was canceled

- If your address shows as invalid while processing your order the order will be canceled as it is your responsibility to ensure the information you filled out is correct.

- If your package was returned to me by the post office, your order will be refunded.

- If while processing your order i receive a "High risk of Fraud" notification, your order will be canceled.
